Oggi il ruolo commerciale non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 quello di chi presenta semplicemente un prodotto: \u00e8 quello di chi entra in Farmacia con rispetto, <strong>ascolta<\/strong>, <strong>osserva <\/strong>e cerca di capire come pu\u00f2 <strong>portare un valore concreto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"medium-large-full\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Farmacia vive ritmi intensi, ha bisogno di risposte chiare, di interlocutori affidabili e di proposte che siano realmente utili al lavoro quotidiano. Vuol dire esserci nel confronto iniziale, nella fase di valutazione, nell\u2019avvio di un progetto e anche nel tempo, quando emergono nuove esigenze o nuove opportunit\u00e0.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"medium-large-full\">\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"medium-large-full\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quali-sono-secondo-te-le-qualita-che-distinguono-un-buon-reparto-commerciale\" style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong><strong><strong>Quali sono, secondo te, le qualit\u00e0 che distinguono un buon reparto commerciale?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"medium-large-full\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201c<\/strong>Direi quattro cose: ascolto, organizzazione, presenza e concretezza.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"medium-large-full\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019<strong>ascolto<\/strong> \u00e8 la base, perch\u00e9 senza ascolto si rischia di proporre soluzioni corrette in teoria, ma non adatte alla realt\u00e0 specifica della Farmacia.<br>L\u2019<strong>organizzazione<\/strong> \u00e8 fondamentale, perch\u00e9 permette di seguire bene ogni cliente, di dare continuit\u00e0 ai contatti e di lavorare con metodo.<br>La <strong>presenza <\/strong>fa la differenza, perch\u00e9 il cliente percepisce quando dall\u2019altra parte trova persone davvero coinvolte.<br>Infine la <strong>concretezza<\/strong>: ogni proposta deve essere chiara, utile e sostenibile.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"medium-large-full\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Noi lavoriamo per essere cos\u00ec: disponibili, ordinati, vicini e capaci di costruire proposte che abbiano un senso reale per il Farmacista e per il suo lavoro\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"medium-large-full\">\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"medium-large-full\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quando-parli-di-proposte-concrete-a-cosa-ti-riferisci\" style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong><strong><strong>Quando parli di proposte concrete, a cosa ti riferisci?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"medium-large-full\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201c<\/strong>Mi riferisco a proposte che partono sempre da una domanda semplice: <strong>questa soluzione pu\u00f2 aiutare davvero quella Farmacia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"medium-large-full\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pharmagest.it\/file\/s\/PHARMAGEST\/f\/privacyWhistleblowing.pdf\">Pharmagest Italia<\/a><\/strong> e per noi non esiste un approccio standard valido per tutti. Esistono Farmacie con assetti diversi, modelli organizzativi diversi, sensibilit\u00e0 diverse. Il nostro compito \u00e8 <strong>capire dove possiamo portare semplificazione, efficienza, supporto e prospettiva<\/strong>. Una proposta concreta \u00e8 una proposta che non nasce per essere raccontata bene, ma per funzionare bene.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"medium-large-full\">\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"medium-large-full\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qual-e-il-messaggio-finale-per-i-farmacisti\" style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong><strong><strong><strong>Qual \u00e8 il messaggio finale per i Farmacisti?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"medium-large-full\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cChe dietro a ogni soluzione ci devono sempre essere persone<\/strong>. La tecnologia \u00e8 fondamentale, ma il modo in cui viene proposta, spiegata e accompagnata fa la differenza.
